As it was warned, a group of journalists protested this Monday evening in front of the Prime Minister's building. This protest of theirs comes after Prime Minister Edi Rama condemned the journalist Klevin Muka, taking him to "re-education" for three months after the question the latter asked the Foreign Minister, Olta Xhaçka during the press conference.
"Better re-education than keeping your mouth shut", "Brother, let me speak", "You can't exclude us all", "Mr. Prime Minister, what questions should we ask you tomorrow?", "When will we talk? vs When shall we ask?" are some of the banners held by journalists.
Also, journalists have closed their mouths with a black ribbon as a symbolic sign of media freedom. Present at the protest was the journalist himself, the protagonist of the case, Klevin Muka.
Regarding this case, there have been many reactions from media organizations inside and outside the country.
