The Supreme Court has overturned the appeal of Erdion Muho, accused as a collaborator and organizer of the attempt to plant tritol on a passenger ship on June 24 of this year in the port of Saranda, an event where Armandi Nelaj lost his life.
Muho, who is accused of destruction of property with explosives carried out in collaboration, sought a milder measure of security than that of prison arrest, upheld by the appeal of the general jurisdiction.
Tritoli exploded in the sea while 52-year-old Armandi Nelaj was putting it on the dolphin-type ship "Kristi".
According to the police, the motives of the event were due to competition where the "Finikas" company ferries were the target.
