After more than 7 hours, it is decided to postpone the session of the GJKKO on the issue of privatization of the former Partizani complex, with the defendants former Prime Minister Sali Berisha and his son-in--chief Jamarbër Malltezi.

At 11:00 pm tomorrow, GJKKO is expected to announce the decision to appeal to the protective side over the measures given to Berisha and Malltez, the latter in prison and the former Prime Minister with a duty to present.

During today's session, Malltezi was present where for more than an hour he argued the entire procedure of the former Partizan complex, claiming that it is completely regular.

At the end of the hearing, Berisha's lawyer Genc Gjokutaj explained to the media what happened today, but without giving many details on how the defense side is expected to act.

"We have since 9:00 a.m., we have presented all documents that not only do the security measures not stand, but also the issue is a farce. Mr. Jamarber Malltezi himself was present at the trial, explaining all the details of the property for more than an hour. The court decided to postpone tomorrow at 11:00 with the announcement of the decision.

All the requests we made in the first instance, we have re-entered the appeal. Mr. Malltezi explained the whole procedure of privatization, property profit. The process of recognizing the decision and the dispute are two things.

The decision for Berisha is ant-constitutional, it is a nominal decision of Mr. Berisha, do not turn to the defense" Gjokutaj stated.
