The Special Court has accepted the summary trial for six arrested in the "Revanshi" case.

Specifically, we are talking about Aldo Avdyli, Edson Jozwik, Henerigert Mitri, Altin Morina, Jozi Krajë and Durim Bami. 

The Special Court decided to separate the case against Marklen Haka from the other defendants. Haka will not be tried in a summary procedure, but in the regular one.

The refusal was made due to the serious offense against Marklen Haka, an attempted murder within the framework of a structured criminal group to the detriment of Durim Bami.

The next session will be held on May 20. At the end of April, SPAK filed a claim for one of the factions of the "Revanshi" file, which includes well-known names in the criminal world, such as Emiljano Shullazi or Astrit Avdyli, etc. SPAK has requested over a century of prison for them in total, 127 years.

"Revanshi" is the file of a wide-ranging investigation into several criminal groups operating in various cities of the country, who are accused of involvement in attempted murders, ordered assassinations, drug and arms trafficking, as well as the creation of organized criminal structures. "Revanshi" is considered one of the most important investigations of SPAK, which includes several episodes and persons suspected of involvement in serious criminal activities.
