The 34-year-old man with the initials RM was criminally prosecuted after 17,000 Euros were found hidden in the bus he was driving.

The amount of money was hidden in the suitcase with the personal belongings of the 34-year-old driver. The money was seized as material evidence.

The detailed control of the bus with the 34-year-old RM driver was carried out at the entrance to Albania at the Port Vlora Border Point.

At the end of the procedural actions for this case, the investigative structures of the DVP Vlorë referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office, where the proceedings began in free status for the citizen of RM, 34 years old, resident in Fier, for the criminal offense of "Failure to declare at the border money and items with value".

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Vlora, for further actions.
