The vacancies created in the Constitutional Court have become a 'deadlock' in the justice system, after the clash between two candidates, Naureda Llagami and Asim Vokshi. The latter was elected a member by vote in the High Court, but Llagami, the former president of the Supreme Court, has appealed the decision, claiming that the invalid vote in her favor, which could have declared her the winner, is valid.

Analyst Arian Curri, in the "Top Story" studio, shows that the President of the Supreme Court, Sokol Sadushi, addresses the judges by saying 'onion' and no one speaks from that moment on.

Among other things, Curri says that the Supreme Court does not want Llagami to be elected as a member of the Constitutional Court, nor does it want Asmim Vokshi, whom they want to remove by elevation.

"When a Supreme Court president tells 14 judges to shut up who are sitting like sheep and they shut up, even the Greek absurd theater would envy it, you should bring it out because people are horrified. There is pathological hatred within the judicial bodies. It is its president who makes the law and tells the chancellor 'tell us your opinion' they shut up and listen to the chancellor, it doesn't get any worse than that. I want to know what happens there when they judge in 3s, 5s. Nobody listens to anything.

Imagine what is happening there, a horror. It is something that they should feel ashamed of. This is something that seems to be the will of the one who is leading the meeting, not Llagami, but Vokshi and they want to remove him by a vote. The Vokshi situation is thrown here and there. They should have been thrown down their throats. Are they now naked in front of the Albanians? They sew their mouths shut because the chairman tells them 'onion'. Then they say 'why did a madman come and shoot us in the hall', I am not justifying it. 15 judges sew it shut and sit like sheep and goats when the chairman tells them", he says.

This comes after a studio audio recording from the meeting to elect a member of the CCJ was released. In the audio, Sadushi can be heard interrupting a judge and telling him that the ballot (which was declared invalid due to the mark) is in the hands of the chancellor and she will decide.
