The Mayor of Tirana, Erion Veliaj, appeared today at the Special Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office , summoned by SPAK Prosecutor Dritan Prençi , regarding the investigations into the Tirana incinerator.

Veliaj appeared at SPAK at 9:00 in the morning, since he arrived early, he waited to be interrogated.

Meanwhile, in a Whatsapp ' Story' post , Veliaj has stung the political opponents, even the analysts who spoke the day before in the media about his call to SPAK.

"Judge me by the reputation of the enemies I have made", wrote Veliaj, quoting one of the famous expressions of the American President, Franklin D. Roosevelt.

After being interrogated by SPAK, Veliaj is expected to be present today at the meeting of the Municipal Council of Tirana where the title of "Honorary Citizen" will be given to Ali Ahmet.

It is also predicted that a street in Tirana will be named after Remzi Hoxha, the businessman who disappeared from SHIK in 1995.
