Erion Veliaj is expected to appear on Friday at the Constitutional Court, where his appeal against the decision taken by the government to dismiss him from office as mayor of Tirana will be reviewed.
The Directorate of Prisons has announced that the institution has taken all necessary measures foreseen in the security protocols to escort Veliaj from the Durrës detention center to the Constitutional Court.
