Two dead in work accidents in Domje, administrator arrested

Two fatal accidents at work were recorded this Wednesday in Domje, where two employees lost their lives while working.

Tirana Police announce that a 69-year-old man has fallen from a height and lost his life while working on a building in Domje. One of the administrators has been arrested while the other is wanted.

Meanwhile, another accident was recorded in Domje, where a 75-year-old man, while repairing a gate, was injured by the moving mechanism and lost his life. The police have launched an investigation against the owner of the apartment.

"Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 7:

-arrested citizen EN, 49 years old, and declared citizen AK, 61 years old, wanted, as it is suspected that during the construction of a facility in the village of Domje, the employee of the entity that the 2 citizens co-administered, citizen B. A, 69 years old, fell from a height, who consequently lost his life. Work is underway to capture the 61-year-old;

-the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office, where proceedings were initiated against citizen GD, 52 years old, as it is suspected that during the repair of the gate of his apartment, in the village of Domje, citizen IR, 75 years old, was damaged by the moving mechanism, who consequently lost his life," the police statement said.
