Erion Braçe and the citizen who denounced the prices

Following the denunciations published a few days ago by Vox News regarding abuses with product prices by the "Rossmann Lala" chain, today Socialist Party MP Erion Braçe reacted through a post on social networks.

Braçe writes that product prices in Albania are up to twice as high compared to EU countries, rejecting claims that this situation is caused by taxes and levies.

According to him, the real reason is abuse and high profits by traders.

"It's not a tax, nor a fee. It's abuse and the high profit from the abuse," writes Braçe.

Erion Braçe's status

Prices up to twice as high; It's not a tax, nor a levy, it's abuse and high profits from abuse!

Do you remember this guy? It was just before the new year; He made a comparative observation and publicly denounced it! They were full of it: taxes, duties, VAT – these raise prices!

Is this true? I am taking the comparison and denunciation further: Value added tax:
In Germany – 19%, in Italy – 22%, in Albania – 20%;
Profit tax:
In Germany – 29–33%, in Italy – 24%, in Albania – 15%;
Minimum wage:
In Germany – €12.82 per working hour = €2,050 gross per month;
In Italy – there is no minimum wage, but collective labor contracts start with €7–9.5 per gross working hour = €1,520 gross per month;
In Albania it is €500 gross per month.
I believe it is clear that it is not taxes that make us up to twice as expensive; Meanwhile,
do not forget the euro, its strong decline, which should practically make imported products cheaper for citizens, not more expensive!
