The police revealed the incident that happened in Krubin on the evening of August 18 last year, where the 51-year-old Ylli Tafili lost his life .

The 51-year-old had fallen into a canal, where it was suspected that he had a heart attack, and then he was rushed to the hospital but could not survive.

One year after the serious incident, the police arrested 59-year-old Isa Lama, who had argued with Tafili and the latter had fallen into the canal. According to the police, Lama immediately left the scene, without giving him help.

It is known that against Isa Lama , the Court of Kurbin has assigned the security measure of " imprisonment " for the criminal offense of "Manslaughter ".

The event that happened on 18.08.2022, in Kurbin, where in a canal near his apartment, was found by family members, the citizen YT, who died a few hours later in the hospital.

A 59-year-old man was put in handcuffs, after in-depth investigations showed that, after a momentary conflict with the citizen YT, the latter fell into the canal, while the detainee left immediately without giving him medical help.

As a result of the in-depth investigative actions carried out by the specialists for the investigation of crimes of the Kurbin Police Station, under the direction of the Kurbin Prosecutor's Office, it became possible to clarify and document the event that occurred on 18.08.2022, in Kurbin, where in a canal near his apartment, by his family members, a 51-year-old YT citizen was found with signs of life, who died after being sent to the hospital.

Based on the evidence, the 59-year-old IL citizen, a resident of Shullaz village, Kurbin, declared wanted during the investigation, was arrested. For him, the Court of Kurbini has set the security measure of "imprisonment" for the criminal offense of "Manslaughter".

From the investigations, it was found that citizens YT and IL had a verbal conflict with each other, where as a result of that conflict, citizen YT fell into the canal, while citizen IL left immediately, without giving him help. The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
