A 28-year-old man, identified as Orgest Koka, was handcuffed by the police in Elbasan.

The police inform that Koka was wanted after he was sentenced to 1 year and 4 months of imprisonment for the criminal offense of "Cultivation of narcotic plants".

"The Court of Appeal of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana has sentenced this citizen to 1 year and 4 months of imprisonment, for the criminal offense of "Cultivation of narcotic plants", the Blues announce.

Police notification:

A 28-year-old wanted man was located and arrested, after he was sentenced to 1 year and 4 months in prison for the criminal offense "Cultivation of narcotic plants".

In implementation of the measures defined in the national operational plan "Rule of Law", for the capture of citizens declared wanted for various criminal offenses, as a result of field controls throughout the district, the services of the Road Police of DVP Elbasan in cooperation with those of the Elbasan Police Station, located and captured the wanted citizen in the village of Xibrakë:

Orgest Koka , 28 years old, resident in Tirana.

The Court of Appeal of Tirana General Jurisdiction has sentenced this citizen to 1 year and 4 months of imprisonment for the criminal offense "Cultivation of narcotic plants".

Further procedural actions will be carried out by the Bulqiza Police Station, which had declared this citizen wanted.
