A 31-year-old man has been arrested by the police at Police Station No. 4 in Tirana, suspected of the criminal offenses of "Sexual Harassment" and "Unlawful Deprivation of Liberty" .

According to preliminary information, Julian Alla is suspected of holding a 13-year-old boy in his apartment on Bardhyl Street during the night of July 23-24.

The case was reported by the minor's family, who during statements in the presence of his parents and a psychologist claimed that he was sexually harassed by the 31-year-old. Alla was arrested on August 2, while the investigation team is continuing to work to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.
