Two people managed to benefit from 6 thousand euros from a businessman by introducing themselves to him as representatives of the head of a local institution.

Ervis Belollari has been arrested, while Arsen Matollari has been declared wanted.

Police announcement:

The police operation codenamed "Unknown" is being finalized by Police Station No. 6.

They received a large sum of money from a businessman after communicating with him on behalf of the head of a local institution. Two citizens were identified. One of them was arrested, and efforts are underway to capture the other.

The Crime Investigation Specialists of Police Station No. 6, following the investigative actions to uncover a case of obtaining a sum of money through fraud, have organized and finalized the police operation codenamed "Unknown", as a result of which citizen EB, 26 years old, was arrested, and citizen AM, 32 years old, was declared wanted.

From the investigative actions, it is suspected that these citizens, in collaboration with each other, have benefited from 6,000 euros from a businessman, presenting themselves to him as representatives of the head of a local institution.

Work continues to capture citizen AM and fully document the case.

The procedural materials were transferred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Tirana, for further action.
