The police of Vlora have arrested two people in connection with the accident registered today in a building under construction in the area of ​​Cold Water, where a worker fell from a height and lost his life. The victim is a citizen with the initials AP, 60 years old.

In connection with this event, the following citizens were arrested:

- Maksim Hekurani , 70 years old, resident in Vlora, co-owner of the building that was being built, for the criminal offense of "Illegal construction" with serious consequences, for the purpose of profit, as the verifications carried out showed that the works in this building were being carried out without the permission of the competent bodies;

- Altin Karalli , 53 years old, with the duties of administrator and technical manager of the company that was building this building, resident in Vlora, for the criminal offenses "Illegal construction" with serious consequences, for the purpose of profit and "Violation of the rules of protection at work ".

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further investigative actions.
