The Investigative Commission for the concession of check-up and sterilization resumed its work this Wednesday, after the decision of the Assembly to extend the deadline of the investigation until the end of October.
The majority and the opposition in this first meeting in the new parliamentary session had come up with a different approach by reaching an agreement on the list of witnesses who will be called to the commission to be questioned about the two concessions in health.
Without any vote against, the list of witnesses, who will be questioned during the next week, was approved. Since the former directors of QSUT, the current director and the directors and former directors of regional hospitals will be interrogated by the members of the commission.
In addition to the consensus on this point of the agenda, both the majority and the opposition requested that the final report be unified, as according to them the citizens need to know where hundreds of millions of Euros have gone and what services have been performed by the concessionaires.
