A serious event occurred two days ago in Italy.

The lifeless body of a man was found at the tram station in Arcirpressi in Florence, under circumstances and causes that are still unclear, but which are being investigated by the local Forensic (Scientific) Police.

The victim has been identified as a 50-year-old Albanian man, whose name has not yet been released, who lived in Viterbo.

The detail that has raised suspicions about the cause of death being external factors is the fact that the 50-year-old had just been released from prison.

"After attempts to resuscitate him by Humanitas staff in Florence, he was declared dead. Shortly after 10:00 am, the magistrate on duty ordered further investigations, given that the man (a fifty-year-old Albanian from Viterbo) had been held in Sollicciano prison until yesterday," Italian media reported on the first details.

Forensic teams and local police responded to the scene. Gest staff were also on scene as the stop was closed.

The tram line was closed for several hours due to the investigation, while witnesses, evidence, footage and data are being collected to fully unravel the tragic event.
