SPAK has closed the investigation into socialist mayor Kristian Shkreli and has filed a request with the Criminal Court of Kosovo to transfer the case to trial.
Shkreli was formally indicted by SPAK a few days ago on suspicion of buying votes for the Social Democratic Party. He was charged with "election corruption."
SPAK's request regarding whether or not to transfer the file to judicial proceedings will be reviewed by Judge Flora Hajredinaj.
