Meanwhile, along with Çyrbe, 4 other former officials have been charged with "Abuse of duty" in this file, such as Hysen Gashi, former mayor of Rrashbull Municipality, Qamil Lila, former director of the Agricultural Office in Rrashbull Municipality, Ervis Mustafa , former legal specialist at Hipoteka (ZVRPP) Durres, Edlira Çollaku former lawyer and ED

The list of accused persons is added with some names of other persons who have unfairly benefited from the land surfaces in the area of ​​Rrashbulli and then sold them, gaining monetary value.

In the investigation file, it is stated that the abuses of Jurgis Çyrbes were committed during the period of 2015 when the SP official held the post of registrar in the mortgage of Durrës.

The report for this case was filed in SPAK in April 2021 by the political entity, the Democratic Party, which led to the commitment of the prosecutors to expand the investigations.

During 3 years of investigations, it was discovered that Jurgis Çyrbja, in the capacity of Durrës' mortgage registrar, in cooperation with other officials of this institution and the mayor of the Shkallnur municipality, have carried out actions abusing their duties in 5 cases.

It is about the registration of 5 pieces of land in the village of Rrashbull, in the name of Selim Selim, Mehmet Musaj, Shaban Hersi, Nazmi Gjeçit, Agron Xhafa and Marsida Merja.

Journalist Qyno has discovered that the former officials of the Durrës mortgage, the former officials of the Shkallnur municipality in collaboration with other persons on March 25, 2015 have unfairly registered the land area of ​​5710m2 in the name of Selim Selim.

Meanwhile, on May 4, 2015, the same officials unfairly registered the land area of ​​4500m2 in the name of Mehmet Musaj.

On the same date, on May 4, 2015, the former officials have unjustly registered in the name of Shaban Hersi, the land surface in Shkallnur village of 5470m2.

Also on June 12, 2015, the same officials registered the land area of ​​13 thousand 500 m2 in the name of citizen Nazim Gjeç.

Meanwhile, on behalf of Agron Xhafa and Marsida Merja, on July 14, 2015, another land area of ​​13,500 m2 was registered.

In total, it is about an area of ​​42 thousand 680 m2 of land that has been unjustly benefited by the above 6 citizens, who have just been provided with the ownership certificate and have sold the land or some others have put it in collateral, due to that they have received loans from banks.

The investigation has revealed that the land surfaces through a 2015 relation issued by the municipality of Rrashbulli, were added to the AMTPs of 1991 and 1992, causing 6 people to benefit from land unfairly.
