By decision of the Criminal Court of Kosovo, Ermal Kurtulaj has been released from prison and placed under house arrest.
His request for the security measure to be relaxed came after the file was returned to SPAK for further investigation.
The GJKKO gave prosecutor Elida Kaçkini 30 days to complete the investigations by assigning her several tasks.
Kurtulaj is accused of passive corruption, tender violations, document forgery, fraud with consequences, and fraud in collaboration.
Former minister Ilir Beqaj, also former director of SASPAC, is also expected to address the GJKKO for a replacement measure.
