The SPAK file reveals the Avdylajs' deals with friends to kill and terrorize people in Durrës in order to make people fear them.

From conversations transcribed by the Sky Ecc application, episodes are documented of how Elidon alias Aldo Avdylaj, in collaboration with Ermir Dedjan and Astrit Balliu alias Astrit Avdylaj, give orders and impose fines in the area to scare others.

Excerpt from the investigative file:

On July 27, 2020, at 10:03, Elidoni Avdyli spoke with Astrit Balliu. From the conversation it appears that Elidoni has imposed a "fine on a person" and Astrit writes to him about this:

On July 27, 2020, at 9:26 PM. Ermir Dedja, SKYECC MG7639 user, wrote to Elidon Avdyli that he was with "Pirate" identified as Alfred Doka. From the conversation it appears that Ermir, together with Altired, had agreed to go to his house with an unidentified person at 6 am and wait for him when he came out with the intention of threatening him.

On July 28, 2020, at 05:44, SKYECC user MG7G39, Ermir Dedja, sent Elider a photo taken inside a car. The photo shows a car and a house with a roof. At 11:30, the sender of the message wrote to Elider: "We caught him, brother. Oh, you're so terrifying, you bastard. We caught him, you're so scary. When we meet later, I'll explain. From close to far"

On July 29, 2020, at 09:09, Elidon Avdyli spoke with Astrit Balliu. From the conversation it emerges that Astrit is interested in those he calls "durrsakë" and writes to Elidon that people need to die in order to cause panic in others. Astrit instructs him on how to act by writing:

Another conversation between Ermir Dedja and Elidon Avdyli shows how the latter found an arsenal of weapons worth 1,350 euros.
