After I had received the prepared bombs, I left Tirana with a Hyundai vehicle which I had rented and I was in the car together with the citizen Skerdi Tasi.

In the early hours of the morning I arrived at Talos's house which was two storeys high and was abandoned. I stood at the car with the pistol in my hand while Skerdi placed the bombs one on the first column and the other on the second and set the fuse on fire.

After Skerdi lit the fuse, we immediately left by car towards Tirana and before entering the tunnel at the rotundo, I stopped the vehicle because I wanted to hear the explosion. "After hearing the explosion, I left for Tirana together with Skerdi", said Hoxhaj.

The Prosecution argues that the event was organized by Nuredin Dumani, Henrik Hoxhaj, Skerdi Tasi and the cousin of the citizen Elio Bitri identified as Florenc Çekrezi.
