The Prosecution at the Elbasan Court of First Instance announced today that the investigation has been completed and criminal proceedings have been sent against two people, accused of killing a waiter in a bar in Labinot, Elbasan in October last year.

Erjon Llapushi is charged with murder, while Luan Dulellari is charged with the criminal offenses of "Failure to escalate a crime" and "Supporting the perpetrator".

Meanwhile, ABC has published parts of the full investigative file of the highly wanted Erjon Llapushi accused of killing the waiter Gazmend Kormaku of "Fish Rozafa" in Labinot.

The file contains the telephone conversations of the family members and relatives of Erjon Llapushi, who communicate with each other about the condition of Gazmend Kormaku, who for 5 days remained in a coma at QSUT and on October 7, 2021 passed away.

From the telephone conversations of the family members, one can see a concern for Kormak's life, because if he were alive, the accusations against Erjon Llapushi would be softer.

In a part of the conversation between the two women Liries and Nazmies, the latter reveals what Erjon Llapushi said to her after the event, who justifies himself by accusing the waiter of raising his nerves after thickening his voice.

Also in the investigative file led by the Head of the Elbasan Prosecutor's Office is accused Luan Dulellari who accompanied Llapushi on the day of the event. He is charged with complicity and failure to report a crime.
