Inside Story has official documents that call into question the transparency and work of justice bodies.

"The case is still in the investigation phase and is being followed by prosecutor Arben Agovi. More detailed information about this case cannot be made available due to the respect of investigative secrecy."

Lawyer: The investigative actions for the death of the 22-year-old woman were delayed

The delay of investigative bodies is observed in all procedural actions performed.

It turns out that even the taking of the girl's fingerprints was delayed, only after the case became public.

"Some investigative actions that could have been carried out earlier, were carried out late by the prosecution body, such as the taking of papillary prints and the materials to do the comparative DNA analysis. I cannot explain why these actions at this moment. There were opportunities to be carried out at an earlier time. But since the case is under investigation, we cannot prejudge their decision-making and actions. "Looking at the dynamics of the event from the documents made available by the state bodies, there is a serious event, taking into account the damage, we cannot give a concrete conclusion," said the lawyer, said Henri Bici.
