Two officers, one from the Albanian National Police and one from the Eagle Forces, had a physical conflict in Shkodra on Wednesday evening.
Journalist Eraldo Harlicaj, in a direct link from Shkodra to Top Story, revealed that the officers involved are Albert Kapaj and Altin Preka, and the cause of the conflict between them is alleged to be a fine.
"As if the murders in Shkodra weren't enough, the blue uniforms have also clashed with each other. Around 8:00 PM, one of the officers was threatened by a colleague. Albert Kapaj, an employee of the FNSH, had a physical clash with Altin Preka, an employee of the Shqiponja Forces. The threat was that he would kill him and fill him with bullets," the journalist reported.
Albert Kapaj, a police officer from the FNSH, and Alfons Kapaj, his brother, were escorted to the police station.
