Dumani's first murder was not a random act, but a request from a reputable figure in the city of Durrës.

Fatmira was not intimidated by the threats. She shouted loudly in the offices of law enforcement institutions the name of Festim Qoli, as the murderer of her son. She had challenged a deep network of corruption that stretched from the prosecutor's office to the local police.

The demand to bring her murdered son's former partner to justice did not go unnoticed. Festim Qoli, a name that held power on the streets of Durrës, considered Fatmira a great danger. In his world, she was the last mouth that could speak freely about the murder of Elvis Dedje and the connections that covered this criminal act. Her elimination became a necessity for a cold mind of the dark world.

Nuredin Dumani confesses that Festim Qoli told him in detail about the murder of his former partner Ervis Dedja. The event had occurred a year before he ordered the execution of Fatmira. Festim told Nuredin in cold detail every detail of Ervis's murder. According to the confession of the justice minister, he had told him that eliminating the victim's mother was the only way to survive.

"On the day of the incident that killed Ervis Dedja, he had been with citizen Henrik Hoxha. Before going to the incident, a few hours earlier, they had been drinking in a bar in the Durrës swamp, we say. They sell grilled meat there and drink raki. As drinkers that they are, they always went there, and even while drinking, they decided to leave today, to do it. It turned out that he had a friend of his, Festim Qoli, who was with Ervis Deda, to do it that day."

Together with Henrik Hoxha, they headed towards Agim Gjin's garage, where he had hidden an SUV with Kosovo license plates. The vehicle had been stolen for such occasions. Dedja had just gotten into his car when he was shot with a "Scorpions" gun by Henrik Hoxha and Festim Qoli. The former shot for financial gain, the latter out of anger at the victim.

Even though Ervis Dedja was no longer there, Qoli realized that the accounts were not yet closed.... For him, Fatmira Dedja was no longer just a mother seeking justice. She had become a real threat. Dumani says that the murder was accelerated to be carried out during the period of political rotation.

"The party decided it, and we decided that we would do it quickly. He told me: Kusho, listen, he gave me a deposit, I don't remember 10 or 15 thousand euros, and he told me I would go abroad so that it wouldn't be known that I did it. Let's do it before it's election time, and these police chiefs will be changed, these prosecutors and judges will be changed, and it's a mess, let's do it as soon as possible. It was before September, because then these things were changing... in a word, the institutions were changing because the government had changed, the SP had come in at that time... "
