A 50-year-old man has been arrested by the police, after he fraudulently received the sum of 12,000 euros from a person under the pretense that he would buy him a vehicle.

As a result of this operation, on " Hoxha Tasim " street, Krenar Begaj , 50 years old, was arrested and detained , who was sentenced by the Court of Tirana, to 3 years and 4 months of imprisonment, for the criminal offense of "Fraud".

" The coded police operation "Mikro" by the Research Section, in cooperation with the Economic and Financial Crime Investigation Section, at the Tirana DVP is finalized. A citizen wanted for fraud is arrested and imprisoned.

  Specialists of the Research Section, in cooperation with the Section for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes, following the work to attack criminal activity in the economic-financial field and bring the perpetrators to criminal responsibility, based on the information provided about the location of a person in search, have organized and finalized the coded police operation "Mikro". 

As a result of this operation, citizen Krenar Begaj, 50 years old, was arrested and detained on "Hoxha Tasim" street, who was sentenced by the Court of Tirana to 3 years and 4 months of imprisonment for the criminal offense of "Fraud". The 50-year-old has fraudulently embezzled the sum of 12,000 euros from a citizen, claiming that he would buy him a vehicle. The materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action , according to the police.
