The former Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj, has left his cell to return to his former colleagues in the Assembly to testify in the special investigative commission for Health regarding the 2 concessions, that of sterilization and check up.
Vox News brings the footage when around 10:20 Beqaj, accompanied by police forces, was brought from prison to the Assembly.
The former Minister of Health is under investigation by SPAK for two files. One for sterilization and one for abuse of SASPAK funds.
