Dritan alias Amar Shkëmbi , who was once part of Plaurent Dervishaj's close social circle and has been wanted for almost two years by SPAK, will be extradited tomorrow from Dubai to Rinas Airport in Tirana.

Dervishaj's former close friend has now become his biggest distruster, also due to the legal situation in which "Lenti" got him involved.

Shkëmbi was declared wanted by the special prosecution for the charge of " Attempted Murder of Public Officials" , "Murder in Other Qualifying Circumstances" resulting in the deaths of Andi Maloku and the "strongman" of Shijak , Aleksandër Laho alias "Rrumi" .

Journalist Elton Qyno has learned that the extradition of Amar Shkëmbi is expected to be carried out tomorrow, after the justice authorities of the United Arab Emirates have given the green light for his deportation to the requesting country, which in this case is Albania.

According to the arrest warrant issued by SPAK against Amar Shkëmbi, he, together with Plaurend Dervishaj, Julian Meçaj, Bledar Polovina, Redjan Rraja and Ariol Halilaj, acted in 2019 in the form of a "Structured Criminal Group", committing the criminal offenses of " Theft " committed in the special form of collaboration, " Unlicensed Possession of Weapons", " Attempted Murder of Public Officials", "Murder in Other Qualifying Circumstances ", these offenses committed in the form of a " Structured Criminal Group ".

Currently, the trial against Amar Shkëmbi has been suspended for 1 year in the Special Court because he was wanted.

Meanwhile, upon his arrival, the suspended process is automatically resumed and the trial continues.

In this criminal file with No. 184/1, Endrit Sinani, Genti Ndërjaku, Bashkim Haxhia and Julian Pjetri are co-defendants.

According to the investigative file that SPAK has taken to court, the gun attack that was committed on June 20, 2019, Plaurent Dervishaj, the latter did not forget easily, but within a year, he turned it into a motive for his revenge, against the only person he suspected, the strongman of Shijak, Aleksandër Laho.

He used the two friends he had in the "Range Rover", Julian Meçja and Bashkim Haxhija, in at least 3 plans to kill Laho, known by the nickname "Rrumi i Shijakut".

According to SPAK, Plaurent Dervishaj, a former member of the Durrës gang, led a criminal group of 10 people to implement the murder plan.

On November 1, 2019, at the Shkozet overpass, "Rrumi" was ambushed while traveling in the car of former prosecutor Arjan Ndoja.

Both were injured, while unfortunately the bullets took the life of the driver, Andi Maloku, a 29-year-old young man from Fushë-Kruja./ Syri
