The Administrative Court has declared incompetence over the lawsuit of Naureda Llagami, which sought the annulment of the Supreme Court's decision and her appointment to the Constitutional Court.

The matter is transferred to the Constitutional Court as jurisdiction to review this lawsuit.

A few weeks ago, the Supreme Court elected Asim Vokshi as a member of the Constitutional Court, who received more votes than Llagami.

But the latter claimed that a vote had been declared invalid intentionally, so she turned to the Administration.

Vokshi was elected based on the scoring conducted by the KED, where he ranked first, after during the voting at the Special Meeting of Supreme Court Judges, none of the three candidates managed to secure 3/5 of the votes, according to legal provisions.
