Shocking new details have come to light regarding the murder of Martin Çeço, an event that took place on June 16 of this year.

It is learned that 18-year-old Martina Pajollari, arrested the day before as an accomplice in crime, was present at the moment when the murder took place.

Martina Pajollari was the reason for the conflict between the victim and the main perpetrator Valter Mollaj. The young woman was in a double relationship, while in Valteri's eyes it was said that Martin forced her to stay with him, which is not true from the investigations.

What makes the event more shocking is that the girl was present at the moment Valter Mollaj together with the other 2 arrested people made the plan to kill Martin. It is also learned that the 18-year-old Pajollari was present at the time the murder was committed.

How did the murder happen? 

A love story, although closed, between an 18-year-old woman and a 26-year-old man became the reason for the latter's murder. The 26-year-old Martin Çeço from the village of Kolanec i Maliqi was reported missing on June 12 by his father. After the notification, the Police of Korça carried out checks on the ground and the dead body of the young man was found on June 16 in the reservoir of the village.

The event was staged as a suicide, as the young man's personal belongings were left by the reservoir. But from the examination of the dead body, bruises were noticed on the neck, which added to the police's suspicions. The investigations brought to light a crime of passion involving 3 people identified as Bleti Angjo, Valter and Edlir Mollaj.

The investigations revealed that some time ago the 18-year-old woman who lives in a village in Voskopojë had started an intimate relationship with the 38-year-old man from a village in Pogradec, Bleti Angjo. When the latter had learned that he was not the first for the girl, as she had earlier been associated with Martin Ceço, this sparked jealousy that then produced the murder.

The 38-year-old previously convicted for theft together with his two friends Valter and Edlir Mollaj went to Maliq and met the 26-year-old, then strangled him with a rope and threw his body into the reservoir.
