DETAILS/ Ervin Mata used the singer Elvana Gjata as a money carrier!
Elvana Gjata

Other compromising conversations of the former deputy director of the Tirana Police, Erzen Breçani, have been discovered from the SPAK file , which is based on the interception of the Sky Ecc application.

At one point, he was intercepted while giving orders to his son, Eralb Breçani, to erase his fingerprints before handing over a pistol.

There he again mentions the singer Elvana Gjata and the help offered by her boyfriend, Ervin Mata.

From what is understood, Mata used the singer to move the money earned from the cocaine traffic, since it was impossible for him to move such sums from one state to another.

Excerpt from the file

Erzen Breçani (K99EP) : And here's the pistol... If you didn't give him the needle, wipe his comb except that it has my traces and don't even leave your traces on me. fingers...Ok...I don't have a problem with telling everyone why you are in trouble, he didn't beg you, he didn't beg you in front of people. I don't need it, you said, I have money with my father, because you didn't start work, but I didn't have money... And he said I brought Elvane to give you the money, you said no, no, I don't want it... I found it, you said... Ok, he said.../ PENCIL
