The next hearing on the "Golden Bullet" case is being held at the Special Court (GJKKO).

Top Channel journalist Anila Hoxha, who is following the hearing, has secured the testimony of Krenar Guçe, former deputy director of the Elbasan Police.

During his testimony, Krenar Guçe stated that he was informed by the former Director General of Police, Gledis Nano, about people who, according to him, had malicious intentions towards him. He said that for this reason he had benefited from state protection for about two years.

Guçe added that a photo of him was found on the phone of the repentant justice Nuredin Dumani, while emphasizing that there was no complete information about the moment of the threat.

He also recalled an accident that occurred on November 5, 2021, saying that he had been on medical leave and off active duty for a long period.

Krenar Guçe:  While performing my duty, I was called by the former general director Gledis Nano and informed that certain people had malicious intentions towards me, they had my photo on their phone and for this reason I had state protection for 2 years. On November 5, 2021, I had an accident, broke my leg. I stayed for 6 months with a report.

I was not given an explanation as to when the threat was made. My photo was found on Duman's phone.

The Albanian state has given me protection.

Guçe: I saw the cameras of the Jurgen Hotel, from the moment of entry to the moment of exit. I identified citizen Hajdar Bako through the car he was using, he had an Alfa Romeo. Armir Stafa, as I recall, was the owner of the car. I immediately notified my superior.

Elda Zotaj: At that time, on what basis did you identify citizen Bako when you saw him on camera? Due to personal acquaintances?

Guçe:  I am not personally familiar with him, from looking into the system.

Elda Zotaj: You declared that you were taken under state protection in 2022, can you tell us who the person is who threatened you?

Guçe:  Nuredin Dumani.

Elda Zotaj: Do you have any knowledge about what this citizen has stated about the photo found on the phone?

Prosecutor Behar Dibra:  How can this question be asked? The media is revealing what the answers are and what they are not. In Albania, everything is known. Your friends and your friends have revealed it.

Guçe:  I conducted investigations which resulted in him being the author of Bujar Çela's murder.

Elda Zotaj: Have you asked the prosecutor to issue a search warrant for this citizen?

Guçe:  I was the person who conducted the investigations where Nuredin Dumani turned out to be the perpetrator of the murder I mentioned.

Elda Zotaj: Do you know citizen Henrik Hoxha?

Guçe:  Only when he was arrested and appeared in the media.

Elda Zotaj: Have you had any communication with the citizen introduced here as Henrik Hoxha?

Guçe:  Never.

Elda Zotaj: Did you have encrypted applications?

Guçe:  Never.
