Marjus Musaku is the 32-year-old from Lushnja who took the mother of 2 children hostage and forcibly held her for several days in a hotel room in the area of ​​the former Swamp in Durrës. 

Mark was previously convicted of hostage-taking. In 2018, he took his ex-wife hostage for 24 hours, while after the denunciation of the 27-year-old's father, he was arrested.

Everything happened after the conflicts that brought the divorce. During the time they were married, the ex-wife denounced him for violence and physical torture.

How the event happened:

The mother of two children from Durrës, who had been missing for 9 days and was being searched for by her family members, is found in the ED. The 30-year-old woman was taken hostage and declared to the police that she was being held against her will by a person with Marjus Musaku from Lushnja in the area of ​​the former swamp in Durrës.

The police accompanied and interrogated the ED, as well as the 32-year-old who had taken him hostage. The latter was previously convicted of hostage-taking.

After being found by the police, the 30-year-old woman stated to the police that she was forcibly held for several days in a hotel room in the area of ​​the former Swamp in Durrës. According to her, she was forced to live together and had violent sexual relations with him, under the threat of a knife and threatening the lives of her family members. The citizen ED was declared missing, since on 25.07.2022, at the Durrës Police Station, her husband, citizen TD, reported that she had left the apartment and never returned. 

32-year-old Marius Musaku was arrested in flagrante delicto for the criminal offenses of "Illegal Deprivation of Liberty", "Forcing or Obstructing Cohabitation or to Enter or Dissolve Marriage" and "Violent Sexual Relations with Adults", resident in Lushnja , previously convicted for the criminal offense "Illegal Deprivation of Liberty".
