In GJKKO, Ardjan Çapja, accused of the execution of father and son in Elbasan, Gentian and Nezir Beqiri in 2012, has denied having anything to do with this murder, saying that he was in Macedonia at that time.

" I plead not guilty to all the charges brought against me by the prosecutor's office, everything was done to damage my image. In 2005, my brother was killed and we as a family left it in the hands of justice. I was escorted to the police for the murder of August 15, 2012, while I was coming from Macedonia. Until August 13 of that year, I was on vacation in Greece. Then I decided to go to Macedonia and bought me a boiler, there were 4 of us, including my nephew Florenc Çapja.

Before entering Elbasan, the police stopped us, and they interrogated us, where I found out who had been killed. I don't know any of the other suspects, I have nothing to do with them. The prosecution blocked our passports and arrested my nephew Florenci. Prosecutor Ridvan Sukaj is connected to crime, I have asked him to clarify my events that I have been 3 assassinated, 2 in 2017 and one in 2020 with a sniper. After the massacre of February 3, 2016, I never left the house again. 

Me avokatin e ndjerw Ravik Gurraj kemi marrë dosjen e ngjarjes së vitit 2016 dhe aty ka qenë në përgjim edhe një zyrtarë i lartë me emrin Taulant. Politikani me emrin Taulant më ka marrë në telefon dhe më ka ofruar ndihmë, por unë nuk i kam kërkuar asgjë. Emrin e tij të plotë nuk e përmend sepse më rrezikohet familja. Vrasja e avokatit Ravik Gurra lidhet me masakrën e 3 shkurtit. Prokurori Ridvan Sukaj nuk na ka marrë dëshmi për ngjarjen e 2016 dhe kjo është hakmarrje e Sukajt ndaj nesh. Hetimet vazhduan për 2 vite dhe nuk arritën të zbulojnë asgjë.

Këtu ka filluar manipulimi dhe orientimi i hetimeve. Unë skam lidhje me vrasjen e 2012 sepse kjo vërtetohet nga qelizat telefonike që kam qenë jashtë vendit. Këtë manipulim e ka bërë prokurori Ridvan Sukaj. Kam degjuar në media që ju prokurori Dibra keni nën hetim vrasjen e avokatit tim Ravik Gurra, ke tre telefona, ke dosjen time, gjej kush ka vrarë avokatin bëj drejtësi.  Nëse zbardh vrasjen e avokatit Gurra do zbulosh thesare.
