The Tirana police have revealed the murder of Eduart Reç, the 52-year-old who was executed with a bullet to the head near Elbasan Street, on the evening of November 13. The perpetrators are two brothers, Florian and Shkëlqim Duka, the latter a police officer.

The cause of the incident was a conflict over the ownership of a plot of land, on which the victim Reçi planned to build a palace.

A firearm was seized from the Duka brothers, as well as 6 silencers that were allegedly used in the crime.

The person who shot the 52-year-old entrepreneur to death was police officer Shkëlqim Duka.

The investigators, after the evidence, have also determined the place from where the shooting took place, as they were able to secure footage from the author's security cameras.
