Three "Jet Skis" are blocked in Saranda and the owners are fined

Yesterday evening, 3 more boats were blocked by the police, as part of the measures taken for the tourist season.

The owners of the 3 "Jet ski" boats, blocked yesterday evening, who performed dangerous maneuvers, endangering the lives of vacationers, on the beach called "Lapajve Bay" are punished with administrative measures.

The Sarandë Border Police Services, following the controls of the vessels, taking the trigger from the footage published on social networks, which showed some citizens performing dangerous maneuvers with vessels, at sea, endangering vacationers, have managed to locate 3 "Jet ski" watercraft.

After locating them, based on law no. 127, dated 15.10.2020, article 14/b, an administrative measure of 10,000 lek was imposed on a young citizen, RH citizen, 24 years old, resident in Saranda, owner of a boat and with administrative measure 20,000 lek young, citizen R.Ç., 21 years old, resident in Saranda, owner of two boats (10,000 lek for each vehicle).

Also, the blocking of all 3 "Jet ski" watercraft with which dangerous maneuvers were performed on the beach, as during the inspection they were found to be without the relevant documentation on board.
