Former President of the country Bamir Topi was invited today to the Breaking show on Top News with Fiori Dardhen. He spoke about new political developments in Albania, but also made comments about the artificial intelligence minister "Diella".

Topi described it as an extravagant act by Rama.

He added that as a small country, we need another country to take as an example and rely on somewhere.

"Artificial intelligence, robotics in general is considered an important progress in human life. But in this case it seems to be more of an extravagant gesture by the prime minister. We are a small country and we need to learn from others, even from those countries where we are going. If there were even one example to follow, there could be a possibility of being covered after another example. This reminds me of other stories that began, opened a strong public debate and never ended, such as the "Open Balkans", the new Bektashi State and elements that we should not mention, but there are some things that really show the extravagant inspiration of the prime minister to throw himself into the discussion and keep people in this type of discussion", said Bamir Topi.

When asked if he would decree it if he were president, Bamir Topi answered this way:

" As a first phrase, I would say that this is still an ongoing process, which means: The Prime Minister has gone to the President, who has appointed Mr. Rama as the winner of this year's elections to the position of Prime Minister. When the government is decreed in name only, then we will have a situation. So I made this submission in order not to prejudge the President's actions in the future. Until then, everything remains at the level of hypotheses. I make these hypotheses to avoid any prejudice towards the President, we will wait and see.

If it were me, I would consider it a challenging experience, which any institution that faces, even the president, would find it difficult to be sure of. The president has a legal instrument: he can refer the situation to the Constitutional Court, and it would calm all parties. I do not give advice and I do not prejudge, I would not take this kind of weight on my shoulders.

Then, as for how I reason this issue, whether it stands or not, for me personally it does not stand. You can have the Sun as an advisor, but you cannot authorize the Sun to make decisions for you. Under these conditions, what we have seen is a spectacular and extravagant show , "concluded the former president.
