Rapper Arkimed Lushaj, known by his stage name Stresi, has surrendered to the Kosovo police today, as there was an arrest warrant against him due to a beating that took place in August in a night club in Peja.

His father, Sali Lushaj, told the show "Kosova Today" that he had accompanied his son today at 09:00 to the police in Peja.

So, regarding the setting of the detention measure of 48 hours, Sali Lushaj said that he has no comment as the prosecution has deemed it reasonable and the laws of the state must be applied.

The surrender of Stress came after his lawyer negotiated with the prosecution, Lushaj said, adding that he is waiting for what the justice will decide from this case.

"Neither I, nor Stresi, nor anyone can get justice," he concluded.
