The assets of former minister Lefter Koka and 4 other people, Miklovan Xhafa, Agim Seferi, Arbër Denizi and Mateo Rustani, have been confiscated. 

The police also explain that 5 commercial companies have been confiscated, one of which with 88.19% of the shares owned by citizen Lefter Koka, with a corresponding value of 244,442,972 lekë.

In addition to the commercial entities, 8 apartments were also confiscated, as well as a plot of land with an area of ​​147 m2 and a building with an area of ​​126 m2, worth approximately 12,757,500 lek.

The confiscated assets will be administered by the Agency for the Administration of Sequestered and Confiscated Assets, within the Ministry of Interior.

The Corruption Investigation Sector, in the Directorate for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes, in the Criminal Police Department, in the State Police, in cooperation with the Agency for the Administration of Sequestered and Confiscated Assets, in the Ministry of Interior, under the direction of the Special Prosecutor's Office against Corruption and Organized Crime, within the framework of the criminal proceedings of 2020, for the criminal offenses "Abuse of office", "Active corruption of high-ranking state officials or local elected officials", "Passive corruption of high-ranking state officials or local elected officials" and "Laundering of the proceeds of a criminal offense or criminal activity", has executed the decision of the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime, for the confiscation of 12 real estate properties and 5 commercial companies, owned by citizens LK, M. Xh., AS, AD and MR, specifically:

-88.19% of the shares owned by citizen LK, in a commercial company in Rashbull, Durrës, with a corresponding value of 244,442,972 lekë;

-1 unit with an area of ​​206 m2, in a commercial entity, worth approximately 20,857,500 lekë;

-1 unit with an area of ​​22.8 m2, in a commercial entity, worth approximately 2,308,500 lekë;

-1 unit with an area of ​​68 m2, in a commercial entity, worth approximately 6,885,000 lekë;

-1 apartment with an area of ​​82 m2, worth approximately 5,535,000 lekë;

-1 apartment with an area of ​​110 m2, worth approximately 7,425,000 lekë;

-1 apartment with an area of ​​87 m2, worth approximately 5,872,500 lekë;

-1 apartment with an area of ​​84 m2, worth approximately 5,670,000 lekë;

-1 apartment with an area of ​​81 m2, worth approximately 5,467,500 lekë;

-1 apartment with an area of ​​116 m2, worth approximately 7,830,000 lekë;

-1 apartment with an area of ​​94 m2, worth approximately 6,345,000 lekë;

-1 apartment with an area of ​​135 m2, worth approximately 9,112,500 lekë;

-real estate land with a surface area of ​​147 m2 and a building with a surface area of ​​126 m2, worth approximately 12,757,500 lek.
