Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani has left before the joint meeting of the two parliaments of Albania and Kosovo in Pristina closes.

The Head of State was seen being led from her chair as former Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj approached the podium.

She went to meet the two parliamentarians, Konjufca and Spiropali, while on her way out, she did not appear to shake hands with Prime Ministers Rama and Kurti.

Osmani delivered the occasional speech at the joint meeting of the two Assemblies, although her speech was not scheduled in the preliminary agenda.
