Accused of having sexual relations with minors under 12 years old, who is the young man from Elbasan arrested in Greece (NAME + PHOTO)

Greek police, by order of the Piraeus Prosecutor's Office, published the identities and photos of two people arrested for serious sexual abuse of children under 12 years old.

The suspects are Markos?Kimonas Miclea, 20 years old from Romania and Edmond Hoxha, 40 years old from Gjergjan, Elbasan, who were arrested on November 21 and 24, 2025.

They are accused of sexual acts with minors, complicity in these acts, sexual exposure to a child under 14 years of age, and possession of child pornography.

According to the investigation, the 20-year-old took advantage of the trust of the victims' family and invited the 40-year-old to his home, where they committed the crimes.

Many videos and photos with serious content of children under 12 years old were found in their possession.
