Investigations against former Supreme Court President Xhezair Zaganjori are discontinued, SPAK: He has not committed a criminal offense

The Special Court accepted SPAK's request to discontinue the investigations against the former President of the Supreme Court, Xhezair Zaganjori.

Sources told Top Channel journalist Anila Hoxha that the case under investigation until 2024 was registered for concealing assets.

But SPAK, after much research and action, came to the conclusion that the fact does not exist and therefore discontinued the investigations.

This case was sent to the preliminary judge who found the same thing and ruled in favor of SPAK, definitively sealing the result that the former chief judge did not commit a criminal offense, that is, he did not refuse and did not hide assets.
