The Prosecution at the Elbasan Court of First Instance announces that the investigation has been completed and criminal proceedings have been sent against two persons, accused of killing a waiter in a bar in Labinot, Elbasan in October last year.

Erjon Llapushi is charged with murder, while Luan Dulellari is charged with the criminal offenses of "Failure to escalate a crime" and "Supporting the perpetrator".

How the event happened The event

refers to the date 02.10.2021, where a conflict occurred in the premises of the subject "Rozafa Fish" in Labinot of Elbasan, between some customers and the employee of the restaurant called Gazmend Kormaku, who after a debate with the author was hit with fist from the latter. As a result, the victim lost his life on 07/10/2021.
