Nuredin Dumani, one of the most talked about names in the criminal world in Elbasan, who was handcuffed a few months ago, and his 'soldier' ​​Henrik Hoxhaj, have become penitents of justice, breaking into dangerous criminal groups , operating in Elbasan, Tirana and Durres. There is a moment in the file when Henrik Hoxhaj explains how he met Duman and how their friendship was strengthened. Hoxhaj said that he met Nuredin on the birthday of a mutual friend.

" My acquaintance with Nuredin has been gradual and over time I have strengthened my relationship with him. During the 3-4 year period, we did not have frequent contacts, except for the cases when Nuredin asked me to help him do some work, periods in which we increased our contacts and connections with each other. Nuredin came from Kosovo to finished a job for which he had previously commissioned…. Specifically, about 15-20 days before Nuredin came, he wrote me a message on the phone, sending me the photo of a person in Elbasan whose name I do not know but he told me that he had a car sales point which is located in front of the Restaurant " "Zykollari" next to a fuel and furniture ", he said.

Hoxhaj further explained that he went to Elbasan several times to kill the person whose photo he had sent to Nuredin with a photo. Nuredin has promised that he would be paid 70,000 Euros…

Recall that Nuredin Dumani is a well-known name in the criminal world. He was arrested by the police on March 29 this year, after he wrote to assassinate Talo Çela in the village of Papër in Elbasan, but he responded by leaving him injured. Dumani was caught a few hours later in Fier, while he had received a wound in the back. 

While the other penitent, Henrik Hoxhaj, is described by the police as the closest man to Nuredin Dumani. Hoxhaj was arrested together with Duman on March 29, 2022 in the city of Fier, after the assassination attempt that took place and both were injured. He is one of Duman's most trusted soldiers, with whom he has maintained contacts both in Kosovo and Albania, Hoxhaj was left in prison together with Duman.
