The Special Court rejected the request of the lawyers of former minister Fatmir Mediu for an expert report on the note " for Shkelzeni " in a fax presented as evidence in the trial. 

The former minister's lawyers further claimed a series of acts that were referred by prosecutors to the trial, but were not made available to them by the court.

To enable this, the court adjourned the hearing and adjourned it until February 10.

The trial against former Defense Minister Fatmir Mediu in the Special Court is in the stage of administration of written evidence.
