Police car crashes in Fier, two officers and a woman injured

An accident occurred this afternoon on the Fier-Patos road axis where two vehicles collided, causing three injuries.

Specifically, at around 15:10, a police vehicle collided with a "Benz" vehicle while traveling in the opposite direction.

As a result of the collision, two officers from the Fier police station were injured and taken to the hospital where they are receiving medical attention along with the female driver.

The circumstances of the accident are not yet known, but the investigation team for the case previously stated that the heavy rainfall that has been ongoing since yesterday evening has made visibility on the road difficult.

However, an investigation into the causes of the accident is underway and the circumstances of the incident are expected to be clarified.

"Around 14:40, on the "Fier-Patos" road axis, citizen MH, while driving, lost control and consequently hit the traffic police vehicle, driven by police officer F. Sh.

As a result, citizen MH and two police officers were injured, and are in hospital, out of danger to their lives.

"The investigation team is working to fully clarify the circumstances and cause of the accident," the police announced.
