Was there an attempt to execute "Buzëderri's" brother with
Bernard Sinomati/ Kevin Hajrulla

Just a few days after the powerful TNT explosion, recorded on the evening of December 21st in an apartment on the 9th floor of a building in Tirana.

Police have concluded that the attack was carried out using a drone.

Its technical parts are reported to have been found on the balcony of the apartment and below the building, and this has been confirmed through a technical expertise report.

The apartment is owned by citizen Albert Thoma , who had rented it to citizen Elena Arëza since July of this year.

The latter is the cohabitant of the "strongman" of Vlora, Bernard Sinomati , and the apartment was frequented by the latter.

It is suspected that Elena Arëza and Bernard Sinomati were in the apartment at the time of the explosion and left just a few minutes later.

At the center of this drone attack is suspected to have been young Bernard Sinomati, who has twice previously escaped TNT and gun attacks.

The serious incident has now been registered at the Tirana Prosecutor's Office on charges of " Premeditated Murder" committed in collaboration with an attempt and "Destruction of property with explosives ."

According to Ora News, the investigation also includes the possibility of a connection between this event and the assassination attempt that was made about a week ago on Kevin Hajrulla, a friend of Inez Hajrulla's family. This is also due to previous conflicts between them.

The assassination attempt on 30-year-old Kevin Hajrulla took place on December 18 in the city of Vlora, where he was shot with a Kalashnikov rifle, leaving him seriously injured. In that incident, the police have so far only collected the shell casings and the burned car of the perpetrators.

So far, the investigative group has only questioned the owner of the apartment, citizen Albert Thoma, who stated that he had rented the apartment through a real estate agency.

"We signed the contract in July 2024 and our apartment was rented by a couple. We don't know anything about them or whether they have any problems or not,"  he stated.

The investigation team also sought to obtain the testimony of citizen Elena Arëza, but she has left the country. "I am outside Albania," she is reported to have told investigators.

Also, the request to be questioned was forwarded to Bernard Sinomat at his apartment in Vlora, but so far, he has not responded yet and there is no trace of him.

We recall that it was the residents of the building on "Sadik Petrela" Street who called the Police, after being shocked by the powerful TNT explosion. When the officers went to the scene, they found the door locked and forced it open, where they found the glass and balcony windows damaged by the explosion.

Bernard Sinomati is the brother of Sokol Sinomati, a former member of the "Gaxhai" gang, otherwise known by the nickname "Buzëderri".

On the evening of January 7, Bernard Sinomat's nephew (Sokolit's son), Gëzim Sinomat, only 23 years old, was killed by sniper fire in Vlora, an event that is still unsolved.

At the moment he was shot, the young man was on the balcony smoking a cigarette, while Bernard Sinomati was suspected to be inside the apartment.

The victim had just returned from Belgium, and was not known to have a criminal record, and it is suspected that in that assassination attempt, the shooter may have been mistaken for the target, as they may have wanted to kill Bernard Sinomat.

Also, in January 2022, Bernard Sinomat had TNT placed in his vehicle parked in the city of Vlora.

He is a well-known name to the police, having been arrested for illegal possession of weapons and having been convicted in Belgium.
