The new evidence submitted by Aleks Nika's family, a tape with an audio recording of several radio communications of the chain of command of the Republican Guard, has not been able to be examined by laboratories in Albania.

According to information, the laboratories do not have the technical capabilities to perform such an examination, so SPAK has turned to other laboratories abroad.

The Special Prosecution Office has asked the family of the late Aleks Nika to show how the audio recording was obtained, as well as the original device with which the recording was made, since the tape submitted to SPAK is a copy.
