The Special Prosecutor's Office has started from Monday to receive the statements of the persons who know about "January 21", 8 days after registering a criminal investigation for the file in question.

The first to answer the questions of the prosecution body were the family members of the deceased Alex Nika, namely the widow of the "January 21" victim, Rajmonda, and his uncle Mark Nika.

24 hours after their testimony and the appeal they made to the media, for SPAK to clarify the truth of the event starting from the chain of command, the former commander of the Republic Guard, Ndrea Prendi, appeared at the doors of the Special Prosecutor's Office.

The parent entered the premises of SPAK, where he was questioned about the "January 21" investigation, around 3:30 p.m. and left at 6:30 p.m.

"As many times as they call us". This was Prendi's answer to the journalists after he left the premises of SPAK where he gave his statements for about 3 hours in front of the prosecutors.

When asked if he will appear again at SPAK for the issue of "January 21", he said: "For anything".
